I started PeopleDash HR to give small and midsize businesses the kind of HR support that actually makes work easier: practical guidance, organised systems, and clear policies that take the stress out of managing people.
After more than eight years in human resources I’ve seen how messy HR can get when systems, data, and people aren’t in sync. My background spans HR business partnership, HR data management, and people analytics across both US and UK organisations. I’ve built dashboards, improved onboarding, cleaned up tangled processes, and created policies that help teams work smarter.
